A: Any amount £25,000 to £4,000,000 secured on property

Q: How quickly can money be arranged?
A: Within 48 hours. In some cases, Westgate can arrange funds without valuations. This makes the process very quick indeed.

Q: Can I use the money for any purpose?
A: Yes, this will normally be for business but we can look at any purpose on your business and investment properties.

Q: What if I cannot repay at the end of the term?
A: Please contact as soon as you think there could be an issue and we may be able to extend your loan or look at alternative funding.

Q: What sort of security is acceptable?
A: Any type of House, Flat or Commercial properties either freehold or on long leasehold are considered.
